Membership – You require a membership to use the service. This may not be very useful for some people who need to have access to a vehicle in many locations. This means that multiple memberships may be required to get access to the vehicles you need in different cities, states or countries. This can be a financial drain with a service that is designed to save you money.

Selection – One of the most important factors for car shares is the selection of vehicles that they usually have available to you. Some car share services offer nice vehicles alongside some normal options. The nice options are almost always taken beforehand and are even booked solid for many days in a row. This makes it nearly impossible to get one unless the service is new in a location and it not yet very popular.
