Houston is the perfect place to enjoy your Houston car share. This city is constantly growing every single year and is the home to many people of different ethnicities. Many people from the world over visit and migrate to Houston because of many jobs and opportunities that are available there. If you are looking for something fun that you and the kids can do, take a trip down to the Kemah Boardwalk. The Kemah Boardwalk is truly the place where the “fun never stops”. With rides like the Ferris Wheel, Aviator, and the Rock Climbing wall, this theme park is fun for all ages 1 – 99. The Boardwalk also actively participates in games and prizes so you don’t leave empty handed.

Of course you cannot be in Houston without eating some of its famous barbecue. Take a trip down to the Luing City Market restaurant in the Galleria area. This restaurant founded in 1981, uses 100% pure beef sausage, brisket, and pork ribs are made by their own restaurant. The Luing has used their secret recipes for over 20 years. No wonder why business is always so good.

If you are into some nightlife and you are childless you may want to visit The Hush. The Hush is the #1 nightclub in H-Town and is huge at 25,000 sq feet. The club is multi-level in order to satisfy whatever type of music environment you crave.

If you’re planning a trip to Houston, Texas, you must check out all the different theater options you’ll have. One can’t talk about the theater in Houston without mentioning the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts. The elegance and beauty of the building will impress you even before you step inside to the world of grandeur and enjoy things such as the Houston Chamber Orchestra, Broadway shows, classical music, and even more.

It’s true that all of these wonderful theaters and even more are packed into Houston’s bustling downtown scene. The next time you travel to Houston, do something different. Instead of visiting the same attractions over and over again, step off the beaten path and check out some of the lesser known gems in the Houston area. Start by visiting the folk art buildings such as the beer can house or visit the ArtCar Museum. The ArtCar Museum is a is a divine display of Art Cars & Motorcycles and offers pictorial artwork as well.

Another eclectic museum in the Houston area is the national Museum of funeral history. This privately funded museum explores the rich cultural heritage of the funeral industry. Even with a wide array of hearses and caskets on display this museum is curiously entertaining.

If you prefer shopping instead of sightseeing, then don’t miss the wide variety of retailers in the Rice Village shopping center as well as the Montrose and Heights areas. These shopping Mecca’s also offer a plethora of dining and entertainment options. River Oaks and Rice cinemas offer art-house and retro fare screenings. Dean’s Credit Clothing is also a hip hangout for both shopping and nightlife.

No matter where you go in Houston, there is always something to do and see! However, it’s always wise to arrange transportation ahead of time to maximize your fun. Texas is a wonderful state. There are many well known cities in Texas with a big variety between them. Each major city has a different culture and a different feel. Houston has clubs and the usual night entertainment but also has areas where you can go horseback riding and play polo. Trail Expeditions and Trails End Stables are both places you can go to ride horses and experience a calming, enjoyable afternoon in touch with nature. Houston Polo Club is a place where you can go to play polo, so if you like animals and sports you’ll love polo. Texas has nice warm climate, green grass most of the year, and beautiful sunshine to give you a glowing tan if you spend enough time in it. While in Houston, car sharing is the best way for a tourist to get around.

Are you a bowling fanatic? Armadilla Lanes on Fuqua Street is a fun place to take the kids and friends. Magical Ods game Room is a wonderful place to go play pool and other arcade games.
